Arborvitae, Techny

Maintains its dark green color throughout the winter. Foliage is soft and shears beautifully. Although its growth is more open than the pyramidal arborvitae, trimming each year will make it a beautiful specimen. Can be held to 6′ with light trimming, but will grow to 15′ or more if left untrimmed. Plant as specimens or space 10-12′ apart for a tall hedge. Full sun to partial shade. Ht: 6-15′.
