Add a sense of serenity and beauty to the garden with this easy-care climber. The beautiful, 6-8 in., violet flowers are highlighted with slightly dark mid-veins, and are set against healthy, leathery foliage. The flowers bloom in early summer and then again in late summer to early fall. The 6-10 ft., deer-resistant vine can provide privacy screening or vertical interest to the garden. It’s ideal for planting near a fence or trellis—or allow it to scramble among your perennials and shrubs. Blue Ravine Clematis performs best in full sun to partial shade. Zones 4-9.
