Pressure Compensating, Daisy-Chain Reliability
The CETA PC Inline Emitters on Stake offer a rare and highly effective combination for drip irrigation: they are one of the only fully pressure-compensating emitters designed for inline use. This means you can create custom “daisy-chains” by running a single line of 1/4″ micro-tubing from plant to plant, and every emitter on that line will deliver exactly 1.0 GPH, regardless of elevation changes or pressure fluctuations.
Built on a sturdy 4-inch stake, these emitters lock securely into the soil exactly where you place them. They feature 1/4″ barbs on both the inlet and outlet sides, making them incredibly easy to string together for watering long window boxes, closely spaced containers, or narrow planting strips. Furthermore, the two-piece design allows the emitter head to be easily taken apart for quick cleaning, ensuring long-term performance.
- Pressure Compensating: Guarantees a uniform 1.0 GPH flow rate across all emitters, even on slopes or long tubing runs.
- Inline Design: Inlet and outlet barbs allow you to connect multiple emitters in a continuous line (up to 15 emitters per line).
- Integrated 4″ Stake: Pins the emitter firmly in the soil right at the root zone, preventing the tubing from shifting.
- Take-Apart Cleaning: The colored cap easily twists off, allowing you to flush out debris and clear clogs in seconds.

Follow these steps to daisy-chain your CETA PC Inline Emitters.
Step 1: Connect to Mainline
Using a hole punch tool, insert a 1/4″ transfer barb into your 1/2″ or 3/4″ mainline tubing. Attach a length of 1/4″ micro-tubing to the barb and run it toward your first plant.
Step 2: Install the First Emitter
Cut the 1/4″ micro-tubing where you want the first plant watered. Push the cut end of the tubing onto the inlet barb of the CETA emitter. Push the 4-inch stake into the soil.
Step 3: Continue the Chain
Push a new piece of 1/4″ micro-tubing onto the outlet barb of that same emitter, and run it to the next plant. Repeat this process for up to 15 emitters in a row.
Step 4: Terminate the Line
For the final plant in your chain, you can either use a standard end-of-line emitter, or use a goof plug to block the open outlet barb on the final inline CETA emitter.
