8-Outlet Pressure-Compensating Watering Manifold
The Jain Octa-Bubbler is an 8-port, pressure-compensating drip manifold that lets you water multiple containers, plants, or hard-to-reach spots from a single point — even as pressure fluctuates along the line. Formerly sold under the Pepco name, this manifold is a favorite for sprinkler-to-drip conversions, indoor gardens, and greenhouse setups. Its removable diaphragm design makes cleaning and maintenance simple, and each of the eight color-coded outlets accepts an interchangeable flow control insert, so you can mix and match flow rates on the same unit.
The Octa-Bubbler features a 1/2″ female pipe thread (FPT) inlet and eight 1/4″ barbed outlets, with built-in backflow prevention for added protection. It’s rated for an operating pressure of 20–60 PSI and is designed for above-grade installation — in open air, a bubbler box, or a greenhouse. Not using all eight outlets? Cap unused ports with Octa-Bubbler port plugs. Minimum recommended filtration is 150 mesh.
- Single-Point Control: Waters up to 8 containers, shrubs, or hard-to-reach areas from one manifold.
- Pressure-Compensating: Delivers consistent flow to each port even with pressure changes along the line.
- Interchangeable Flow Rates: Color-coded inserts let you run 2, 6, 10, or 20 GPH per outlet, mixed and matched as needed.
- Easy Maintenance: Removable diaphragm design makes cleaning and flow-insert swaps quick.
- Built-In Backflow Prevention: Added protection for your water source.

What’s the correct operating pressure for the Octa-Bubbler?
The Octa-Bubbler is rated for an operating pressure of 20–60 PSI.
Pressure outside this range can cause uneven flow between ports — too much pressure may cause ports to seal up completely, while too little can cause inconsistent output.
How do I change the flow rate on my Octa-Bubbler?
Each outlet uses a removable, color-coded flow control insert available in 2, 6, 10, and 20 GPH.
Simply unscrew the cap, remove the diaphragm and stabilizer, and swap in a different flow control insert — no need to replace the whole unit.
Do I have to use all 8 outlets?
No — any unused ports can be capped with an Octa-Bubbler port plug.
Plugs push on and can be reused, making it easy to reconfigure the manifold as your layout changes.
Can I install the Octa-Bubbler underground?
No — the Octa-Bubbler is designed for above-grade installation, whether in open air, a bubbler box, or a greenhouse.
Keeping it above grade also makes flow-insert swaps and cleaning far easier to access.
