Sunshine Ligustrum is a dwarf privet that sports screaming yellow foliage you can spot from an airplane at 10,000 feet! Foliage turns a handsome orange-bronze in winter. Without pruning the plant grows to about 3 to 4 feet tall and wide. That said, with pruning, it can be kept to as low as 1 foot in height and width.
