Install your flexible agricultural manifold efficiently.
Step 1: Unroll and Position
Unroll the FlexNet pipe flat along the head of your crop rows. Position it so that the pre-installed 1/2″ connections are facing straight up.
Step 2: Connect to Water Source
Attach the beginning of the FlexNet pipe to your water source using appropriate mainline fittings. Crucial: Ensure this connection is made downstream of your automated valves and pressure regulators.
Step 3: Attach Drip Tape
Thread standard 1/2″ Male Pipe Thread (MPT) to Drip Tape Loc fittings directly into the upward-facing ports on the FlexNet. Unroll your drip tape down the rows and secure it to the fittings.
Step 4: Cap and Pressurize
Cap the end of the FlexNet manifold securely. Slowly turn on the water to pressurize the system; the pipe will instantly expand to its full, round shape and deliver water smoothly to your laterals.
