Peony, First Arrival

(Paeonia hybrida) Springtime favorites for gardeners, generation after generation. Peonies do best in a well-drained location. A mulch for winter protection is recommended. One of the earliest blooming Intersectional peonies, this variety bears large 8″ blooms in a lovely shade of lavender-pink. The gently ruffled, lightly fragrant flowers lighten with age and are produced in abundance on sturdy plants whose foliage lasts throughout the summer and into fall. Zones: 3-8. Ht: 2-3′. BR
