The Rain Bird DG6RFB 6″ Round Flat Drainage Grate in Black is a no-nonsense, high-performance drainage solution engineered to handle surface water runoff in residential, commercial, and municipal landscapes. Manufactured from structurally foamed High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) with a built-in UV stabilizer, this grate is built to resist sun degradation season after season without cracking, fading, or warping. Its flat-profile, round design sits flush with the surrounding ground surface — making it virtually invisible once installed and ideal for manicured lawns, patios, driveways, and walkways where appearance matters.

What makes this grate stand out is its precision-engineered compatibility. The DG6RFB features three stepped diameters that allow it to connect directly to 6″ Sewer and Drain (S&D) pipe and fittings, 6″ Triple Wall Pipe, and 6″ Corrugated Pipe — covering the most common drainage pipe types used in landscape and site drainage applications. Large open slots deliver a maximum flow rate of 16 GPM while still blocking large debris from entering the system. The textured anti-skid surface provides secure footing for pedestrians, and the grate is load-rated for pedestrian traffic as well as autos and light trucks traveling at speeds under 20 mph — with a maximum load rating of 1,000 lbs. It is fully ADA compliant and Made in the USA.
