RubyBor Hybrid Kale F1 is a 2026 All-America Selections Gold Medal Winner prized for its strikingly deep purple foliage — a color unmatched by other purple kales, with dark blue-green leaves, bright purple petioles and ribs that hold their color even through summer heat. Highly uniform and beautifully curled, the textured leaves make a handsome bunch at market or in the garden. Tender and mild-flavored, RubyBor is ideal for edible landscapes, containers, and raised beds, with continuous harvest from spring until frost.
