The Adapter for Superfine Misting Nozzle (10 Pack) is the critical component for creating a custom, rigid PVC misting system. Technically a reducing tee, this fitting features two 1/2″ Slip sockets to integrate seamlessly into a standard 1/2″ PVC pipe run, combined with a specialized 1/8″ Female Pipe Thread (FPT) center port.

This threaded outlet is perfectly sized to accept our Superfine Misting Nozzles, allowing you to space your misters exactly where you need them for cooling patios, greenhouses, or livestock areas. Molded from Schedule 40 PVC, these adapters provide a stable, high-pressure mounting point that won’t sag or twist like flexible tubing.

Build your cooling loop with precision.

Step 1: Cut Pipe Sections
Determine the distance you want between misters (typically 2-4 feet). Cut sections of 1/2″ PVC pipe to this length.

Step 2: Solvent Weld
Using PVC Primer and PVC Glue, attach the pipe sections into the slip ends of the adapter tees. Ensure all center ports are facing the same direction before the glue sets.

Step 3: Install Nozzles
Once the PVC structure is dry and mounted, screw your 1/8″ MPT misting nozzles into the center ports. Hand tighten only; do not over-torque. *Note: Use thread tape sparingly on these small threads if needed.*
