Whisper-Quiet Coverage for Large Landscaped Areas. Gear-Driven Precision, Zero Noise.
The Adjustable Gear Drive Sprinkler (MGDR) is the go-to rotary sprinkler for homeowners, gardeners, and landscapers who need reliable, uniform coverage over large areas — without the noise. Its internal gear drive mechanism delivers a smooth, steady rotation that is virtually silent during operation, making it ideal for nighttime watering when noise is a concern. Whether you’re irrigating a wide lawn, a large garden bed, or a sprawling landscaped area, this sprinkler provides even, consistent water distribution from a 10- to 35-foot radius (at 50 PSI) with an arc adjustable from 30° to a full 360°.
Unlike impact sprinklers that click and clatter, the MGDR’s gear drive action runs quietly and dependably cycle after cycle. The easy slide distance control lets you dial in the exact radius you need without tools, and the removable filter screen keeps debris from clogging the nozzle — extending the life of the sprinkler and reducing maintenance headaches. It connects via a 1/2″ male pipe thread (MPT) inlet, making it straightforward to install on standard risers, metal stakes, or flexible swing joints. It is sold as a sprinkler head only; pair it with the 8″ Metal Stake (MGDSM) for above-ground use in garden beds and landscapes.
If you’re building out a larger landscape irrigation system, DripWorks carries everything you need — from irrigation timers and controllers to zone valves and pressure regulators. Need a different type of rotary sprinkler? Browse our full selection of rotary sprinklers and yard sprinklers.
