Extreme Durability for High-Traffic Landscapes
When you need an irrigation solution that can survive weed-whackers, heavy foot traffic, and the rigors of commercial landscaping, the Vibra-Clean Emitters (10-Pack) are the ultimate choice. These highly specialized emitters feature an ultra-low-profile design that sits nearly flush against your 1/2″ mainline tubing, making them incredibly difficult to accidentally snap or knock loose.
The Vibra-Clean name comes from its innovative internal design. During operation, a unique diaphragm vibrates to create a continuous self-flushing action that aggressively clears debris. Combined with a screened inlet and pressure-compensating performance across a massive 5 to 60 PSI range, these emitters deliver precise, uniform watering in environments where standard top-heavy drippers would quickly fail or break.
- Damage-Resistant Profile: Lays almost completely flat against the tubing, protecting it from mowers, trimmers, pets, and foot traffic.
- Vibrating Self-Flush: Internal components physically vibrate while watering, shaking loose sediment and dramatically reducing the chance of clogging.
- Pressure Compensating (PC): Maintains an exact, even flow rate whether your system is running at a low 5 PSI or a high 60 PSI, making it ideal for elevation changes.
- Screened Inlet: Features a built-in filter screen right on the insertion barb to block large particles from ever entering the emitter body.
- Tapered Base: Engineered for simple insertion into thicker-walled mainline tubing.

A quick guide to correctly installing your Vibra-Clean emitters directly into your mainline.
Step 1: Punch the Hole
Using a standard irrigation hole punch, create a clean hole directly into your 1/2″ or 3/4″ polyethylene mainline tubing where you want to water.
Step 2: Insert the Emitter
Take the Vibra-Clean emitter and firmly push the tapered, screened base into the punched hole. It requires a snug fit to ensure the low-profile top sits flush against the curve of the tubing.
Step 3: Verify Placement
Ensure the emitter is seated completely flat. Note that because of its specialized design, you cannot attach 1/4″ micro tubing to the outlet of this emitter; it must be placed directly at the plant location.
